"From The wild Balkans to The Tranquil Adriatic"

Sanja Buterin was born in Skopje, Macedonia on May 1st, 1984. For the past 10 years, she lives in Lovran, Croatia. Both cities with their special energies have influenced her to create a variety of photography works: "from the wild Balkans to the tranquil Adriatic"


For her photography means life and a great way to discover the self and the world. She took part in over 80 group international photography exhibitions in the past years in various cities around Europe, where she won several (golden,bronze and silver) medals.


Also, she was a participant in the World FIAP biennial of Black and White photography in Slovakia and Spain, International Photography Days in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and Eyes on the main street - street photography festival in USA, North Carolina.

She had 6 solo exhibitions.
