Matt Henry is a photographer based in England who takes a unique spin on his images. His work is filled with interesting collections that draw inspiration from the 1960s and 1970s. Each series follows a plot with a different cast of characters and storyline.

This series called, Murder a Go-Go follows the story of a group of women named the 'Go-Go Gang.' With the help of alcohol and lustful 'go-go moves' these women lure unsuspecting business men to their death.

The series starts off with an article, pictured below, that details the history of the infamous group. According to the fictitious story, the women are responsible for 22 disappearances in Southern California.

“There’s a tacit understanding in the reading of history that you can’t escape the context in which you view it," Henry said. "Mid-century America remains very much alive for me in this sense...What keeps me hooked isn’t just a fascination with the period but the fact that there’s an ever-shifting dialogue to be had."

You can see more of Murder Go-Go here along with his other works.
