Anna Breit is an emerging photographer based in Vienna, Austria. She moves between fashion photography and free artistic projects, where she focuses primarily on people and relationships – mostly family members and friends. She photographs exclusively analog, and often uses a bright, hard flash, whereby she hardly retouches her photos.
Her series “Perfect Match” captures the beauty of everyday life through colors.
”Most of the time I am getting the ideas for those series in everyday life situations. The ideas come randomly to my mind and I have to organize them and find out what interests me in an idea specifically. It's the common things that inspire me. With common I don´t mean ordinary, I mean topics everybody can relate to.“
This series was part of her exhibition at OstLicht Gallery in 2020 and also selected by Artsy lead editor Casey Lesser for an online group show via Artsy and Vogue Italia in 2021.
